When scheduling Day Packages or multiple services, Gift Certificate numbers or a Credit Card is required to hold scheduled appointments. In order to make the most of your day with us, please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time so we can ease you into your day with us.
Should a cancellation be necessary please use the following guideline: 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services. Day Spa Packages, wedding parties and group packages with less than 48-hours notice will result in a 50% service charge per person. Appointments missed but not cancelled will result in full charge payment.
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, personal checks and cash. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Our working environment must remain serene at all times to ensure our guests the full benefit of their stay with us. Cellphones are not allowed in our Spa and Hair Salon. We love children, however, we must ask you not to leave children unattended - we want to assure our clients of their quiet time with us.
We kindly suggest that all clients having a chemical service wear the chemical smocks provided for your protection. We cannot be responsible for damaged clothing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Smoking and alcohol is not permitted in the facility.
It is recommended that you refrain from consuming alcohol within eight hours of any spa treatment.
