The Spa at Nicholas Michaels, along with Environ Skin Care, is pleased to introduce with Environ Skin Care, Active Vitamin Facials - a treatment using a combination of two highly sophisticated scientific methods delivered through the DF Machine, Pulsed Iontophoresis and Low Frequency Sonophoresis to rejuvenate your skin.
Environ Active Vitamin Facials are designed to stimulate maximum thickening of the skin, normalization and improvement of collagen and elastin, better control pigment production and restore proper oxygenation of the skin. Offered at three different levels, these facials are suitable for skins that are sensitive, acneic, photodamaged, fine lines, pigmented and those currently using low to high doses of Vitamin A.

Active Vitamin Facial - Level 1

This treatment uses sound waves (Sonophoresis) to create cavitations in the lipid bi-layers. These channels remain open for up to one hour after treatment transporting vitamin molecules through the skin allowing for greater product penetration.
Active Vitamin Facial - Level 2

Using a specific pulsed electrical current to facilitate greater penetration of vitamins into the skin over the entire face while targeting specific problem areas (such as wrinkles or hyperpigmentation) with sound waves. By combining the two methods we can effectively treat areas the need additional attention.
